May Fun

Covid meant more families did May Day baskets than usual.  We got quite a few.

Our PTO put this in our yard for Teacher Appreciation week.

Our neighbors and I were on the Lochland website

I gave blood for the first time.

A bracelet sale

We decorated the windows of Hawthorne with messages to our students.

Monroe gets to be the flower girl in a wedding at the end of June.  We didn't love her first dress, so we returned it.  We all love this one!  She is so excited!

This is my type of puzzle.  I would much rather do a puzzle like this than a nature scene.

Our new tree.  Our two huge trees out front are ash trees.  The ash bore is moving across the US destroying ash trees, so we will likely lose these trees.  In preparation for that, we planted an Autumn Blaze Maple, so it can be growing in the meantime.

Family movie night

Here's the list Zach and I came up with of movies from our childhood we want to show the kids.

Trying out geocaching

I recorded the boys doing the snack challenge.  I really had no idea what to expect.  I thought it turned out cute.

My sister and her family came to visit

It was raining, but that didn't keep the kids inside.  They loved playing in the puddles.
