Pierce and Graham's 6th Birthday

The boys' birthday was two days after my brother's wedding, so the boys opened gifts from my parents before we left town.

The coolest gift were these caterpillars.

They will grow into Painted Lady butterflies.

We celebrated the boys' birthday with some family on Sunday afternoon.

We got the boys bigger bikes -18 inch ones.

They requested Baby Yoda cupcakes from Nana.

The cookie maker misunderstood and made their names one name.  She added a quick & sign.

Happy 6th birthday, sweet boys!

Mother's Day

Mother's Day was sandwiched between my brother's wedding and the boys' birthday this year.  The morning of, we drove back to Hastings from Lincoln.  We got into town in time to meet some family for Mother's Day brunch.

The boys had made me gifts at preschool.

I found these awesome, large premade pots at Menards for only $19.  I got four different ones, and transplanted them into my big pots.

My Brother's Wedding

My brother, Zach, got married May 7th to his fiancé, Megan.
I was waiting to blog about it until I could add some professional pictures, but I'm feeling too far behind.
My parents hosted the rehearsal dinner.

Pierce and Graham were the ring bearers.

Emryn and Finley were the flower girls

Monroe caught the bouquet!

It was a beautiful wedding!  We are so excited to officially have Megan be a member of the family.  She is one of the most giving, thoughtful people I know!
Congrats, Zach and Megan!

I'll probably do another wedding post once they have the professional pictures.
