Monroe made the 8th grade show choir this year. They got to attend five different competitions or festivals. Most of her close friends were in it, and she got to do all her favorite things: singing, dancing, and performing. It was a great first show choir experience.

Their show had five songs total.
At the one competition we did not go to, Monroe was awarded best soloist! This was given to one female and one male out of eight teams. Thankfully, my parents were there to see her receive it.
They got 2nd place in GI while missing six group members.
Jonah and Monroe were awarded outstanding performers for their group.
