I planned another fun New Year's Eve at home with our kids this year.
The 6:00 balloon was:
Jumbo Yahtzee
30 minutes wasn't long enough to play a full game, so we finished it the next day
The 6:30 balloon was: Finger Food Feast
Delicious!
The 7:00 balloon was: Charades
Monroe thought the clues were too easy, but the boys were so proud when they could act out every one. They had a blast!
The 7:30 balloon was: Choose your favorite ice cream flavor
Our favorite ice cream shoppe in town has sample cups. For $5, we got 20 Different Flavors!
I made them a sheet where they could rate each candy: love, ok, don't like
The only ones that they all three didn't like were the cherry flavors.
Our neighbors came over for a while.
The 8:00 balloon was: Find the countdown numbers from 10-1. I had hid the numbers all around the house. They had to find them in countdown order.
Found them all!
Then we did a countdown dance party.
