We took another trip in a rented camper a week later with the same couples. This time, we went to Platte River State Park. It is such a great park with so much to do.
They put in a new playground that is different from most playgrounds you see. These ziplines were a hit! Thanks for all the pushes, dads!

Fishing was free, and the fish were really biting. Josh helped each of the kids catch multiple fish.
They have a really large splash pad that the kids enjoyed.
We also hiked to this cool waterfall area.
This was our home for the weekend. Again, it would be too small long-term, but it was great for one weekend.

The trails we took were beautiful. We were next to the river. We went up and down a lot.
