Monroe's Birthday

She was ready for a bigger bike.  It's weird to think that this is probably the last one we'll buy her.

We ordered four swimsuits and let Monroe pick one.  This is the one she went with.  It was my favorite too.

Monroe and I made an Oreo pie.  It was amazing!

Couple's Shower

 

We hosted a couple's shower for Zach and Megan at my sister's house.

We had a bags tournament

And a newlyweds game.  Megan's dad didn't want to play, so her aunt filled in.

The first two chicks

This was our worst year for chick hatching.  Out of 60 chicks we incubated in the three classrooms, only 5 hatched.  

I brought the chicks home for the weekend

Our Christmas present to Zach's parents was an evening for the 8 of us.

We went to the Crane Trust to see cranes.  We did not see any up close, but we saw so many snakes and bison.

The next day I saw so many cranes near Doniphan.

Zach invited some family over and made me banana's foster!  Yum!

He bought me a Liberty Puzzle!!

He also got me a new jacket that I love!

We went to dinner with the Sloans the next night

This puzzle was WAY harder than the one we borrowed!
