Graham and Pierce had their first friend birthday party this year. We don't have a lot of places to host parties in Hastings, and they wanted to invite more kids than would fit in our vehicles for a trip to GI. So, we ended up reserving a pavilion at their favorite park. We were obviously taking a chance with the weather, but it ended up being a perfect day!

We invited their class and a few other friends. It was a large group. The only time it felt large was when we tried to do cake a gifts at the same time. That was a bit overwhelming.
Prior to this party, I had a no gun policy with toys. After this party, that policy went out the window. We now have plenty of guns, and they've had a blast playing with them.
A few days later we went to dinner and opened presents with Nana and Papa
Monroe got the boys Disney shirts for our trip
