4th of July

Zach got a stomach bug on July 4th, so we canceled plans with family.  I was determined to make the day fun anyway, so I ran to the store during nap. 

That afternoon, we made rice crispy treats.

And did lots of snaps

Then we enjoyed red, white, and blue popsicles

I have been looking for one of these sprinkler mats all summer.  I finally found one, but it's different.  It is like a slippery water bed.  

That night, Monroe and I drove to Fonner park to watch the fireworks.  

 The wind had really picked up, so we put the seats down and laid  in the back of our SUV. 

It was a different 4th, but we had lots of fun!

June Fun

At the beginning of June my nephews, Karter and Jensen stayed with us for a couple days.  We had a great time.

We also went to the pool, trampoline park, and the mini golf course, but I didn't get pictures of those.
